Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required for all cancelled appointments. For cancellations occurring within the 24-hour period, the cost of the respective booked appointment will be charged. Please note that extended health insurance plans won’t cover missed appointments/cancellation fees.

To make any changes to your appointment before the 24-hour notice, you may do so through your Jane account.

Current Rates

  • $80 (incl GST) for a 30 minute Massage Therapy Treatment

  • $110 (incl GST) for a 45 minute Massage Therapy Treatment

  • $140 (incl GST) for a 60 minute Massage Therapy Treatment

How long of a treatment should I book? 

I recommend: 

  • 30 minutes for 1 area or for younger clients (5-18) 

  • 45 minutes for 2 areas or for younger clients (5-18)

  • 60 minutes for 3 areas or more complicated health histories

I understand there may be financial barriers to accessing the treatment that best supports you. If that’s the case, please feel free to reach out—I'm open to discussing options such as sliding scale rates, pro-bono sessions, or trade-based exchanges to find a solution that works for you.

**While I do not offer direct billing for MSP, ICBC, WCB or RCMP patients, a receipt for reimbursement will be provided.
