Every treatment begins with a safe and supportive environment, where attentive, non-judgemental listening and informed consent form the foundation of care. My approach often incorporates myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, and both active and passive stretching—always guided by your feedback and comfort. I have experience working with a range of concerns, including strains and sprains, musculoskeletal conditions such as scoliosis and ACL tears, as well as persistent conditions like rheumatoid arthritis. I’m happy to work with everyone who walks through my door and strive to meet you where you are on your wellness journey. At the end of each session, we’ll collaborate on personalized home care strategies that align with your goals and lifestyle.

Outside of the treatment room, you can find me playing volleyball, spending time outdoors, or enjoying live music.

I acknowledge that I offer services, benefit from and flourish on the unceded and ancestral territories of the xÊ·mÉ™θkÊ·É™y̓əm (Musqueam), SÉ™lÌ“ílwÉ™taÊ” (Tsleil-Watuth), and Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) Nations of the Coast Salish peoples. My role as an uninvited settler is to understand the history and lasting effects of colonization, cultural assimilation, and systemic discrimination that have occurred to the people of these lands. I stand in solidarity for their right to self-determination and reconciliation.
